RETURNS POLICY

Damaged Orders

Packaging is specifically chosen to ensure your order arrives with you in perfect condition.

Sadly, sometimes accidents happen during the delivery process and this can result in damaged or faulty items.

Should this happen to you, please don't panic, we will sort it for you as quickly as we can!

All you need to do is email us at mel@melreid.co.uk along with an image of your faulty item and we will advise how best we can assist you.

Returning Items for a Refund

Commissioned items are uniquely made for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty.

If you return a commissioned item to us that is not deemed as faulty, the return delivery charge will be at a cost to yourself and we will refund you for the product price only.

Items being returned for an exchange or refund must be returned to Mel Reid in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Once the item has been received, we shall process a refund within 7 working days. We cannot be responsible for the time in which your bank may take to clear any monies.

When returning your item to us please enclose your original invoice, where possible - alternatively, enclose a note with your contact details and order details.

You will be responsible for your returns package until it arrives safely with Mel Reid and we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the return post.

Please ensure you send any package safely to avoid any loss or damage.

We suggest using a tracked service to return your item and always recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

Please email mel@melreid.co.uk before returning any items.
